Celebrating Jesus' arrival with family is one of my most favorite things!!

Before I came home for Christmas,I went to a drive-thru Christmas Lights show;it was really cool!

Christmas Day 2014

It was a beautiful morning (even if it wasn't the first white Christmas in a couple of years...) spent at Mass then brunch at my Sister's house followed by present opening. I was busy soaking up the time with family and realizing how truly blessed and even spoiled with love I am to take any pictures...but believe me,it was a lovely Christmas Day!

And that is Christmas 2014 in the books....how has another year gone by?!

A smaller (only 12 people!) affair this year but we still celebrated Jesus and being able to be with one another for yet another Christmas.

 

                                       
                                         

                               

Our traditional Polish Christmas Eve dinner was followed by big bro J's homemade cookies. Santa stopped by (he brought me a Blackhawks beer stein!!), everyone took turns operating the train that my Dad puts up every year and I helped the Lovebugs track Santa on Norad.. A lovely evening it was!!

secret santa reveal

The amazing Megan was my secret Santa and oh man she was right on the button!

She painted this coffee mug because I had suggested a chevron mug plus she added the beautiful detail of my initials. LOVE it and I enjoy my morning cup of coffee even more now.

She knitted the coffee cup cozy too, adorable!

 

And of course she gifted me with a Starbucks card,perfection!

 

Thank you,again, SO much, Megan for my wonderful Christmas present; I felt even more special because you spent so much time on the pieces and put your amazing talent into it all!!

 

I was secret Santa to the lovely Stephanie. I had a blast creating her secret Santa package just as much and I was even more thrilled that she loved it.
