what i have made

From Giada's new cookbook Weeknights with Giada:
Chicken & Arugula Pesto Pitas

This is so incredibly tasty and fast. LOVED it! I used grilled chicken breasts (instead of store bought rotisserie like she suggests). And it feels so healthy with the argula, olive oil and tomatoes. I paired these little pita pockets with some couscous and it truly was a simple weeknight meal.
