...hot to run. this week it seems that chicago (and around a dozen other states) has been placed inside an oven. it is too hot to even stand outside let alone go for a run. darn the humidity and over 90-100 degree temps. even the morning hours (when i normally go for a run) are too hot and humid.
i hope it will be cooler next week!
