I need some to get back on my workout routine; I miss keeping fit and I have no real reason not to workout,i have just been lazy and enjoy sleeping in the extra half hour in the morning instead.
I like to workout because it helps me stay toned and healthy. I want to continue to be healthy and hopefully keep my heart strong :)
Do you have those days/weeks/months when you just don't feel like it?
I'm going through a "I don't want to work out" spell as well! The weather has me in a funk. All I really want to do is go home and cuddle in under a warm blanket!
