Very easy and tasty. I used sauce from a jar instead of making my own so it was even quicker to make while the pasta water boils and then cook the pasta. The only flaw I found was turning over the meatballs in the pan, I tired a spoon and tongs but thought the tongs were a bit easier to use once the meatballs cooked more and become less soft. A great addition to any pasta and they tasted just as wonderful the next day or two as leftovers.
Chicken Enchilada Soup
I love a crock pot recipe because it basically means simple prep (if any at all) and toss it all into the pot and let it cook until dinner time. I can't decide what I loved more about this recipe,the easy work or how it tasted. I added a can of black beans to this as well and it all came together wonderfully. Tortilla chips and cheddar cheese on top gave it an extra crunch and bite;it wasn't too spicy or watery. It will be made again for sure!
