Like a pro

I embraced my Italian roots even more last night and I felt like a real chef because I made gnocchi from scratch (quite tasty, in fact). Again, another Giada recipe from her Everyday Pasta cookbook. Seriously, it was so easy and only like 30 minutes of prep time. Another success!

I might just have to go eat the leftovers now....
